Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return items subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales (marked as non-returnable).
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log into your Vexon account.
  2. Navigate to My Orders and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click "Request Return" and select the reason for the return.
  4. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
  5. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the designated courier partner.

Alternatively, you can email us at vexon@support.vexonfashion.shop with your order number and return reason.

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and select "Exchange" as the reason.

If the desired size or colour is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
  • For other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), a flat return shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9. Coupon & Promotional Orders

For orders placed using discount coupons or promotional offers, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount. Coupons are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated once used.
