Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return items subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
- Customised or personalised products.
- Items purchased during final clearance sales (marked as non-returnable).
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Log into your Vexon account.
- Navigate to My Orders and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to the designated courier partner.
Alternatively, you can email us at vexon@support.vexonfashion.shop with your order number and return reason.
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and select "Exchange" as the reason.
If the desired size or colour is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details.

7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
- For other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), a flat return shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
9. Coupon & Promotional Orders
For orders placed using discount coupons or promotional offers, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount. Coupons are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated once used.
